Handheld Contact for Outlook BlackBerry application update

Handheld Contact for Microsoft Outlook for BlackBerry version 1.0.0.6 is now available.

To upgrade, sync Handheld Contact to ensure the latest changes are updated in Outlook and visit outlook.handheldcontact.com/ota on your BlackBerry smartphone.

This release of the Handheld Contact for Microsoft Outlook phone application includes these improvements:

• Added convenient automatic removal of data that Handheld Contact stores on phone when account is no longer active.
• Updated the synchronization process eliminating a rare time out that some users may have encountered due to parsing some xml characters.
• Updated date handling to address minor inconsistencies international users may have encountered with birth dates and all day events in Outlook.
• Updated phone number handling to address formatting issue in Outlook some users may have encountered.
• Updated phone number handling to address issue that may have prevented phone numbers that were updated from saving correcting, leaving phone fields blank in the phone's address book.
