December 02, 2009 Handheld Contact Entry and Basic edition for BlackBerry version 1.0.0.6 is now available. To upgrade, sync Handheld Contact to ensure the latest changes are updated in ACT! and visit www.handheldcontact.com/ota on your BlackBerry smartphone. This release of the Handheld Contact Entry and Basic phone application includes improvements that include:- Added convenient automatic removal of data that Handheld Contact stores on phone when account is no longer active.
- Updated date handling to address minor inconsistencies international users may have encountered with birth dates and all day events in ACT!.
- Updated phone number handling to address formatting issue in ACT! some users may have encountered.
- Updated phone number handling to address issue that may have prevented phone numbers that were updated from saving correcting, leaving phone fields blank in the phone's address book.
